Join international students/scholars from Bay Area schools (UC Berkley, UCSF, Stanford Univ, San Jose State Univ., DeAnza, etc) with ISI and Bridges International groups
8:30 a.m. Meet UCSC Main Entrance parking lot in front of Barn Theater
(contact Peggy if you need pickup from UCSC busstops or off campus)
Drive to West Bluff Picnic Area next to the Warming Hut, 983 Marine Dr, San Francisco, CA 94129
Crissy Field picnic area next to Golden Gate Bridge
11:30 - 1 p.m. big group picnic lunch provided, games
1- 5 p.m. Walk on Golden Gate Bridge
Driving Tour with a few walking stops of
Ghirardelli Square,
Fisherman's wharf,
Lombard St.
Embarcadero etc.
Downtown
Golden Gate Park
Cliff House, Ocean Beach to Highway 1 south down the coast
6 p.m. dinner stop at Half Moon Bay Sam's Chowder House (pay yourself)
8 - 9 p.m. Estimated return home
seats limited to our vehicles., first come first serve until they fill up.
OR If you have your own car, then no problem! if you give rides, your passengers pay you)
